Wander the trails of Great Mountain Forest with Kripalu-trained mindful outdoor guide, Stephanie Landau. Venture outside in the freshness of Fall to release tension and stress, gain inspiration and learn new ways to connect with the forest. We’ll conjur wonder and awe of the natural world through a variety of sensory activities and mindfulness practices. Stephanie will be joined by a Great Mountain Forest naturalist to answer your nature-based queries and curiosities. For ages 18+

Stephanie Landau, M.S. is a well-being professional, yoga instructor and a Mindful Outdoor Guide trained through the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She is a life-long nature adventurer offering creative experiences to deepen and enliven nature connection on land and water and to foster stewardship of the earth.
